In Canada, 2025 (50 years after death). Though that all could change. In the US, likely 95 years after publication, though Opus. 1- 6 should technically be in the public domain now (before 1923). So to answer your question, it will be 2070 before all his works are public domain in the US. And the stipulation that all this could change still applies. Copyright law changes a lot (which is why I'm not sure this is all accurate. This is just my understanding of it)
