The A-Team.

Black Adder.

Star Trek (TOS).

And I hate to admit it, but Gilligan's Island is one of my favorite theme songs, too.

Here's one from a Japanese TV anime series Najica Blitz Tactics. If you like jazz band, the soundtrack CD is excellent. The group goes by the name of Diligent Circle of Ekoda. This is the TV theme tune.

I much preferred the "Moon over Parma" theme rather than the later "Cleveland Rocks".

Instead of talking to your plants, if you yelled at them would they still grow, but only to be troubled and insecure?

I always liked that theme. But I can't forget the tuba in "The Munsters" theme, either. My wife & I used to play it on Halloween when we had an organ in the living room.

I don't recall ever seeing the show, but I accidentally came across the Police Squad theme, and it sounds most excellent. 1st song on disc #2.

Is Victory at Sea referring to the name of a TV show or the piece of music?

Both. Robert Russell Bennett wrote the music for the TV series, which was about the sea battles of WWII, and then the piece for concert band was pulled from some of those shows. At least that's my understanding.
