Clarinet and Tuba

Hey Guys and Gals I am looking for some tuba and clarinet duets for a performance in the later part of may. All that I have found so far are the Little Suite for Winter (Schickele) and Quattro Bicinie (Vaughn). Any suggestions?

There is a piece by Eugene Anderson for Trumpet and Clarinet called Baroque and Brass. The trumpet part is easily playable on Clarinet.

there are lots of basson and clarinet pieces out there from Mozart and Beethoven onwards, I have played some of them and they are great fun, it helps a tuba player become a more sympathetic player and helps the clarinetists to beef up their sound too

my wife is a calrinetist, and we often perform the Beethoven Duos, for clarinet and basoon, with great success. Plus it give you a chance to really dig into Beethoven's music and get more understanding for what is going on. They work best on a smaller horn as the parts can get up there a little.

There is a work that you might be interested in. I premiered this years ago and it was a lot of fun to play. Not too difficult but very audience friendly.

There's a piece called "Phrygian Rondo" for tuba and clarinet that I remember playing with a clarinetist a long time ago. By Edwin Avril...maybe. It's short and kind of bizarre (like, more bizarre than just the clarinet tuba combination) but not completely impossible to play. I THINK that's still in print. Google to find out.
