52J silver plated tuba for sale. Very large sound. Good intonation even better after replacing the fifth valve with straight pipe. Plating in good shape. Some small dings. This tuba is approximately 15 years old. Located in Minneapolis Asking $5000. Hard case included.

If this instrument isn’t an extremely early prototype, it hardly can be 15 years old. Was the 5XJ series introduced on the market in 2001 or 2002?
