Possibly a Boehm & Meinl (early Nirschl)?? My clue is the curvature of the valve slides but the longest one(fourth?) protruding up might cancel that.

Looks like either a old B&S PT5, or a Yamaha 822 CC to me.

Neat tune. The tuba certainly looks like a Yamaha 822.

though it looks a little big, that it is an 822 CC Yamaha. If it were the Gronitz, the 5th valve slide would be under his right hand when he was playing. Also, zooming in on the bell I think I see the word "Custom" in the engraving and that would also lead me to believe it was a Yamaha.

Just a guess.
