English Brass Ensemble Quintets

I'm looking for copies of both the Prokofiev and Shostakovich transcriptions from the English Brass Ensemble's Russian Brass CD. Paul Archibald did the arrangements. It's possible that they were never published, but it would be nice to know either way. Thanks!

and poke around - Brass Wind publishes the English Brass Ensemble Series.

Romeo and Juliet is for large ensemble (443.12 and percussion). I don't think the Shostakovich has been published.
