In the past there has been a company that auctioned off new B-stock tubas. They where sold as non-playable. They looked good, but I have never seen those models on tubenet. There where also auctions where they auctioned off whole lots of B-stock instruments, ranging from a broken handle on the case to non-playable instruments(trumpet, sax, trombone, euph). I don't remember the name, but they pop up from time to time.

There are a lot of brands marketed on the German ebay, that I have only seen in Europe. Brands like "HELIOS" and "Roy Benson".
A friend of mine that is a trumpet player teated a Roy Benson cornet and said that it was a nice instrument for the money. I have not had the chance to test the tubas yet.
