Couldn't make it this year, but curious as to the next location.
Don't they usually announce it during the conference?

The general meeting is tomorrow morning. They should announce it then.

Re: Next ITEC location?
It was announced this morning at the general meeting that the 2010 ITEC will be held at The University of Arizona in Tucson, AZ. The host will be Kelly Thomas. The tentative date is somewhere around late May; but there may some reconsideration due to the release date of many US High Schools and European Colleges & Conservatories which could affect conference attendance.

Re: Next ITEC location?
These dates and location were given to everyone who attended ITEC last week. It was just a flyer that was stuffed into a free (well my free bag cost me $200) bag full of maps and programs. It very well could have more mistakes but I think it is all that is out at the moment.Greg wrote:Are these events published online as well? Maybe on the ITEA site? I don't see past regionals or information other than this list: http://www.iteaonline.org/2008/communit ... lendar.php" target="_blank" target="_blank
I've not been able to go to a conference or regionals yet and plan to make it happen this next year.

Dan Sipes is the Professor of Tuba there. I would imagine that he would probably be the host.

Re: Next ITEC location?
WOO HOO! I will finally get to go to an ITEC!!! It is just damn near impossible for me to get away in the summer, because I am chained to my cubicle, being "the one" who has to deal with hot-footing solutions when "things" go wrong with the bulk power system. Of course that's two years from now and for all I know I'll be living in Cincinnati by then....(how DO you spell that city?)jdsalas wrote:It was announced this morning at the general meeting that the 2010 ITEC will be held at The University of Arizona in Tucson, AZ.
