UPDATE:

Went to an acquaintance's house to play some excerpts. We played a few excerpts, but a lot of it was grilling me.

With my private teacher, my suggestions-to-faults ratio is usually 1:1, but here, that ratio was about 1:10.

well since I have not added to this thread yet, here goes...

I had nasal surgery on Monday and have been bascially sitting in front of the TV or the computer for the past two days. no strenuous activity for a week.

The doc undeviated my deviated septum and took out some of my sinuses in hopes that they will drain better in the future. Then hopefully my ears will unclog as well. I have had a series of ear and sinus infections this year since September 30th and it was driving me nuts. I had an ear drum rupture in January, that was fun. Couldn't hear worth a damn for about 2 weeks. Try playing tuba with a ruptured ear drum. Sounds like a kazoo buzzing....

Right now it feels like I have a bad cold but can't blow my nose......

So anyway, who is the cute blonde in the Christian singles ad over on the right? Makes me glad that I am a Christian. If I weren't, I would consider becoming one. But alas I am a married Christian, so i guess that cuts me out. Did I just sin? Good thing i am a Christian. Oh well I have been married for 21 years. I have lost all interest in women....

I have not! I have been married a bit longer than Ken. I love my wife very much and hope to stay married to the end. I have not lost all interest in women.

UPDATE:

I plan on applying to the local Coldstone Creamery.

I must ask them about their Bad Tone & Blatting Policy. The job might be over before it even starts...

Sorry, you will not be the first one to bring a tuba to a Coldstone, and play it as well (The Chicken is an excellent tuba piece for such occasions)! Although you may the first one to do so while working there! :tuba:

Pictures to follow as evidence, if someone can bring me up-to-date on how to get photos from my verizon phone to my computer.

You can e-mail yourself the pics on your phone as a picture message, then follow the normal procedure to upload the photos onto Tubenet.
