Do you know what DINK stands for? Doesn't hurt that I got a big bonus earlier this year, too.

And more power to you. Wasn't trying to poop your party, but evidently a Cretan or two took it that way.

Which one is your favorite horn?

Mojo,

My fav is my Nirshl, it was the PCM until I bought the WN. Both are so easy to play. Bill's PT combo is a very fine set of horns as well. He just had all of his gear worked on at Dillon's. The Yamaha plays fantastic, but I think everybody knows that already.

Greg, the Hirs EEb plays well, I don't spend enough time with to have a real informed opinion. It showed up at work one day and nobody knows who ordered it, so I checked it out. I've played a Besson 983 and I think the H has a more soloistic sound. The H is a five valve non comp and is taller than the Besson.

What's all this about Cretans trying to poop our parties? What do our parties have to do with Crete anyway? If those Cretans can't keep their poop to themselves, then we are going to have to ban them. Might as well ban Greeks, too. And maybe Lebanese. That Cretan influence can't be underestimated! Ban all Cretans! Round 'em up and deport them!

...

Oh, you mean cretins!

No, I was just poking fun. It was obvious that a spell checker had determined that Cretan should be capitalized, without understanding that it was the wrong word in the first place. How can you not poke fun at that? I would expect the same had I made the mistake. If you want to think it's typical grammar police action and unload on me, be my guest. I will be more careful about being humorous with you in the future.

I think I need a little break. The tolerance for even mild fun-poking seems to be at a low ebb these days, and not just on Tubenet. Must be the heat.

Ah, yes, spellcheckers: those wonderful tools that cannot distinguish when you address a letter, "Dear Friend," as opposed to, "Dear Fiend."
