I just wanted to post another great experience I've had with Roger Lewis at the Woodwind and Brasswind. While at ITEC, I fell in love with a Thor, and finally decided that it was time to upgrade to a new CC tuba. To make a long story short, I screwed something up, and the tuba I wanted to get originally got sold..... (it's my own fault, no one elses)
Roger has been very helpful from day one with all of this. He kept me up to date on when more Thors would arrive, and then brought me out as many of them as possible to try. When I couldn't get anyone to come listen to me, Roger actually took the time to listen to me play them and I have now found a great new CC.
I just wanted to let everyone know that Roger's committed to serving all of us, including someone who admittedly is way out of shape playing right now. Thanks to Roger for his service!!!

Tritto! I've been looking to upgrade to a better CC for a while, too, and I eventually decided that the THOR was the horn for me. I emailed Roger Lewis, set up an appointment, and spent 5+ hours today putting four 5450s through the works. Roger and Jason were very helpful and made the whole experience as enjoyable as possible. Thanks a ton!

I wanted to, but the budget didn't allow for me to purchase it. So I decided to be smart and not even try that out. I wanted to make sure I didn't fall in love with something I couldn't afford.Scooby Tuba wrote:I hear that WWBW has a new Gronitz PCK.
Did you folks play it? Sounds interesting...
