I would like to correct a small error. The third finalist in the Tuba Student Division is Eddie Wagner, who just finished up his freshman year at CU Boulder. For some reason it looks like he got left off the roster on the website.

Congrats to all the finalists! Play your butts off!

Yeah Eddie!! I was wondering why one finalist was posted twice??? Thanks for the update Dan. I hadn't heard back from Eddie since I e-mailed him yesterday.

I second the congrats to everyone who competed, and to the winners of the euphonium competitions, Matthew Mireles and my student, Layne Todd. Great job guys!

Congratulations to Matt and Derek, as well as Hiram, Yuko, Gabe, and Tom. I got to watch the artist finals and all six performances were fantastic. Even the campers were into it, and selling those pieces to 13-year-olds is no easy feat. Thanks for a great show!

Congratulations to the winners, finalists, and semi-finalists!

Falcone is a fun event with good people. Wish I could have been in attendance again this year!
