I have not seen any tubas with this brand, but I have seen cheap, both price and quality, trumpets with this brand name. I suspect that the Infinity tubas would be the same, cheaply made instruments designed to sell to unsuspecting parents of young musicians.
A general rule of thumb I use, if I don't know what it is, I don't buy it. I may end up passing up a great opportunity, but more likely I will avoid a greater mistake.
