The valve movement gives it sort of an old victrola "tremolo" kind of sound. Very cool. If the valves are moved fast enough, it almost sounds like a mandolin.

Is that tuba a Willson?
Willson 3050S CC, Willson 3200S F, B&S PT-10, BMB 6/4 CC, 1922 Conn 86I
Gone but not forgotten:
Cerveny 681, Musica-Steyr F, Miraphone 188, Melton 45, Conn 2J, B&M 5520S CC, Shires Bass Trombone, Cerveny CFB-653-5IMX, St. Petersburg 202N

That was a nice video of a brass ensemble, but I'd hardly call it a "tuba video."

The look on the tuba player's face when the trumpet player was blowing down his bell is priceless: like he's being publicly violated and humiliated. I found that whole section just a little creepy.

I finally listened on better speakers, and yeah, it's pretty mandolin-like. Very cool effect!

I think the tuba is a Willson F. For sure NOT a CC unless he can play F open on his CC. (I pretty cool trick)
