David Gillingham Euphonium Concerto Premiere 11/20

Hi all...

I just wanted to let you know of an important euphonium event taking place on the campus of Illinois State University this Thursday evening.

Jason Ham of the US Military Academy Band will be premiering David Gillingham's brand new euphonium concerto, "The Summer of 2008", with the Illinois State University on November 20th, 2008 at 8:00pm. The concert will be held in the Center for the Performing Arts, and there is a nominal admission fee. Feel free to PM for directions and more information.

Also on the program is the premiere of David Maslanka's Symphony #8 and a performance of Kim Archer's Symphony #3.

We hope to see lots of Tubenetters in attendance!
