I'm not going to lie, I intentionally missed school to catch the shocking finale of "All My Valve Guides".

UPDATE:

I spent about 45 minutes at the driving range, today. It was not a pretty sight.

That's exactly the number that Luckenbach, Texas has.

UPDATE:

Did you know that board administrators can access the IP address of the poster each time a post is made?

I mean, if there were any confusion about whether a certain user is who he says he is, or was in reality posting from the same computer as another registered user...it would certainly be easy for an administrator to find that out.

Walmart has generic Zyrtec. It's still a little pricey, $23 for 90 pills, but that's a lot cheaper than the name brand. I haven't decided if it is the magic pill that some rave about. Two 25mg diphenhydramine (Benadryl) and one 30mg "ephedrine" (pseudo or non-meth-izable) still do a good job for me.

And I ran out of Captain Morgan Tattoo spiced rum tonight.

I have a bottle of Zyrtec, which I got when I ran out of my Allegra (prescription) and knew I couldn't get to the doctor for a refill for a few days. I noticed no difference whatsoever between the Zyrtec and the Allegra, and considering I can get generic prescription Allegra (fexofenedine) for $3 (thanks to my insurance), I'll be sticking with that.

I finally got my computer back from the good folks of Hewlett Packard. It was the second trip it made. If it needs a third trip, it's staying there.

Update:

Dylan King did not put Chester Schmitz's name on his list of the top 20 tuba players of all time (I added the "of all time" based on the deceased status of several on his list). This seems a noteworthy omission worthy of worthwhile mention in this worthless thread.

For those who are trying to decide: I have recently discovered that the Bersa Thunder 9 is nowhere near as convenient or easy to pack as the Thunder 380. If I carry the Thunder 9, I will probably have to carry one less grenade. But they are both lovely and attractive in nickel plate.

I usually relax and enjoy the comical aspects of that kind of behavior. They can't pass any laws or levy any taxes, so there is very little they can do to affect me. That is good to remember if they want to pester you. They are the ones who have to live with it, not me. I just smile and give them the treatment like the crew of the Enterprise among the controlees of Landrew. Peace. Tranquility. Take their money and enjoy. Tell them you donate to the local animal shelter.

Mega-ditto to that! :)

And to that, as well.

I have to agree with your post, in general. I really have to question where some faiths, and people, get their "Christian" ideas. No matter how I read it, I don't see some of those things in the Bible. First of all, my God is a loving God. Secondly, he is a just God. For me, this takes care of a lot of my concerns with others. In so far as I am able, and I am not always very good at this, I try to reflect His love to others. I do not consider myself responsible for others behavior, good or bad.

Bingo.

Now, just to provide an update, I'm off work in 50 minutes and will be off until Jan. 5. Can't remember the last time I had two solid weeks off.

Merry Christmas to all.
