It looks sort of like a Marzan (Willson) 'solo' model but I've never seen on in Eb (or F).

This is that horn the guy in the State Orchestra of Mexico was playing and you fuzzed up the picture to throw us off. You probably photoshopped the tubing so that it looks funny and a bunch of other nefarious stuff but it's definitely the tuba in the State Orchestra of Mexico. It's also definitely a CC.

And like the thread about the State Orchestra of Mexico tuba, it's definitely a Miraphone. Postive. Unless it's a Meinl-Weston, in which case I take the Miraphone comment back because it's definitely a Meinl-Weston, or a Rudy Meinl. One of those, definitely unless it's a Lidl or a Cerveny, or an Amati. In BBb, maybe CC but it's European unless it's a Chinese copy of a Euro tuba in which case it's in BBnatural. Oh, wait, is this the new Conn F tuba?

I got it... right?

Oh, and I can tell a guy name Englehardt worked on it, too.

That's not a cone-shaped Kalison 5th valve rotor.

The location of said rotor makes me think this is modified (not "stock"). Could this be one of the famous "Gnageyphones"???

The valve arrangement and the shapes of the valve slides appear to be King which is what Sam uses for the main body of his horns.
