Post by tubapress »

Tubas and Euphoniums will hit the airwaves this Saturday morning, December 20 when "Good Morning America: Weekend Edition" runs a feature story on Tuba Christmas. The show will feature a 52 piece ensemble which will be conducted by Maestro Chris Wilhjelm.

Check your TV listings for broadcast time (most likely 7:00 or 8:00am) and be sure to tune in!

Just saw the clip. What a hoot! I wish I could have been there. Good sounds. Good pub for those who are normally in the back row.
I am fortunate to have a great job that feeds my family well, but music feeds my soul.

They had to be there at 5:30 AM for that gig, and they sounded great!
That's more dedication than I could muster.
Nice job!

My Professor was one of the tuba players on that.

I think it was neat that they had basically NO time to play together before the show
