Gillingham's Vintage W/ Orchestra?

Does anyone know if David Gillingham's Vintage, for euphonium, has an orchestral accompaniment? Thank you.

There are 3 versions:

- piano (TUBA Press)
- wind band (TUBA Press)
- brass band (Manuscript - done for Tormod Flaten for his disc Norwegian Euphonium)

So far no orchestra version...
