Can You Help Us??

Post by David Fedderly »

Hello Listers,

Yes I do lurk everyday but tend not to post. I was wondering if this vast group could help us locate a tuba. We shipped it to California and the credit card information shall we say was incorrect? ( to be PC). and my account was charged back. If you have this tuba or know the person that does please let me know at the store 1-866-882-2230. Please do not post the information here on Tubenet. My guess is who ever has it now paid someone else for it not knowing the circumstances. My hope is to find the person or persons that signed for the tuba originally when we sent it back in June of 2008 and probably since sold it. The tuba in question is a :

B&S PT7 silverplated 5v (4P/1R) CC tuba. Serial # 286089

Thank you for your help and keep writing posts so I can lurk:)

Dave deserves all our help.
Let's make this an "America's Most Wanted" priority
and find this PT 7P.

that certainly blows.

I hope it gets found soon. I suppose you could call pawn shops in the area you shipped it to, though that might be a lot of hassle for not much chance of a hit.

Indeed this is so true.
BTW, thanks for stopping me from leaving the store and nudging me toward that Marzan. The groups I play with thank you as well.

If you happen across this tuba (in person, or on the internet) DO NOT MAKE A BIG PUBLIC POSTING ABOUT IT HERE ON TUBENET. Rather, EMAIL or P.M. DAVE PRIVATELY. DO NOT TIP OFF THE SCOUNDREL!
Or, better still, call him.

California is a big state - can we get a bit better location? Not necessarily a specific town, but LA area, San Diego area, San Fran area? (AKA :::bump) 8)
