I was wondering if anyone knows where to get the sheet music for this piece?

Your best option might actually be to reach out to Öystein Baadsvik since he has recorded it.

Oystein is frequently in the U.S. and also maintins a website at http://baadsvik.com/?catalogID=122

Perhaps you could get a message to him and ask?

If you happen to be in DC at the Army Tuba Conference, Oystein will be there Friday and Saturday. I will also check with him and post at some point next week.
