I had the great opportunity to work with Rich in my time at IU. He was P's assistant and taught for him a few times. Many times, we'd all just hang out or play mock auditions in the basement for each other as the next big audition approached.

Rich is not only a fantastic player, and teacher, but he's one hell of a great guy! He is and always will be a great inspiration for me. Congrats for getting some press! It's well deserved!

Richard, it's simply a shame, though, that the article was so poorly written from the standpoint of grammar and continuity. Obviously, editing is part of the problem.


Regardless...VERY COOL! Congrats!
What was the one piece with Spoleto and Indianapolis??
