What's the quietest note you can play? (With a good sound)

What if the note is so low that human ears can't hear it at any dynamic. Does that still count?

A response to a performance on my 2nd year recital. The note was not quiet, and he was not an octogenarian (nor a septuagenarian or nonagenarian).

I think the quietest dynamic I can play is Silentissimo...and it is indicated by rests.
