What if the note is so low that human ears can't hear it at any dynamic. Does that still count?

The brown note is always a crowd-pleaser. Great for birthday parties.

A response to a performance on my 2nd year recital. The note was not quiet, and he was not an octogenarian (nor a septuagenarian or nonagenarian).

I think the quietest dynamic I can play is Silentissimo...and it is indicated by rests. :P :roll:
I think I might end up as a grumpy old man when I get old...
