Conn 5v single bell baritone

Has anybody seen this setup before? What might the 4'th and 5'th be tuned to. It looks factory to me. Is it?

I've never seen the 3 front and 2 side setup before but it looks original. The 4th substitutes for 1+3 and the 5th looks to be a flat half step.

On a regular 4 valve version the 4th valve tubing goes pretty much from the top bow to the bottom bow. Could this be a TWO step 4th?

I can't recall seeing a 3+1(or +2) Conn. I know the 4 inline front action models usually have the 4th circuit wrapped the way you describe. Dose anyone here have a pic of a Conn with a side action 4th? If so, please post it! The 4th wrap on my J. Gras (1871) 3+2 is almost identical to this Conn (and it's the 1-3 combo sub.). I'm not sure, but if this is a 2 step 4th, I don't think adding the extra length (to make it 1-3) would reach the top bow.

I know that "Tubaing" made a side action 4th valve, but I've never seen one "out in the wild"
