It is a very odd strip - you have to get the premise that wild animals live in the suburbs and the crocodiles are always unsuccessfully trying to hunt their zebra neighbors.

Be sure to choose the Mar 05 strip or the heading of this topic will be just meaningless. The guy said today yesterday remember.

The whole point to 'Pearls Before Swine' is that there is no point.

Is that an Eb or a BBb?
Rotary or piston?
Lacquered or raw brass?
Instead of talking to your plants, if you yelled at them would they still grow, but only to be troubled and insecure?

If this scientific illustration is correct, apparently chickens have no trouble playing a Helicon:

so maybe alligators (and crocodiles) are capable of playing a Sousaphone after all!

It's all in the pucker. Chickens had good, slow-moving air.

But they still have to read the score - the alligator was obviously going to play by memory!
