When Jackson was a cocky, snot-nosed boy (and now, a cocky, snot-nosed teenager), he would go to the internet cafe every day after school for 4-5 hours for LAN gaming. Would the caffeine be served? The caffeine would be served. Would the greasy, microwaved cheeseburgers be sold? The greasy, microwaved cheeseburgers would be sold. Oh, yes. They would.

The crap I had last night did NOT have a miniscule dose of caffeine. Before I was even finished with my tot of "fatty sugar" my hands were shaking and my heart was racing. That dumb kid must have slipped and added extra to my beverage. Oh, MY! I had a great deal of trouble falling to sleep five hours later!
It depends a lot in the amount of coffee you normally drink.
There was a time that I drank at least three quarts of very strong black coffee. For me, coffee had to be four things: hot, black, strong and plentiful. I started drinking cofee at about 5 AM and had my last cup at 7 or 8 PM. I never had trouble falling asleep and, after years of doing that, I never had the jitters or trouble falling asleep.
I've toned it down significantly. I have one smallish (12 oz) cup at 6 AM and maybe one in the afternoon and that's it.
