It's not here yet but it's coming soon and supposed to blow for at least two days.
It's really windy but it didn't blow the Easter bunny away.
We pronounce it Guf Coast

I was at Bloke's Thursday night and there was a bit of a blow but nothing serious. I just missed some nasty stuff going across East Texas to San Antonio. There were a couple of folks killed by a twister a bit south of Nashville, I think. Damn... I hope things settle down at least until I get back up to Southern Indiana on the 23rd!

Atlanta and the metro area will catch this later tonight. Might make for some tense bedtime vigils.

Good Friday service ended about 6:30pm and they tried keeping us in church because of the tornado warning. We left and stopped at Target on the way home where they tried locking us in due to the same. Fortunately for us it was all bark and no bite. The system that came through this morning was quite a different story though. Many, many trees down all over along with widespread power outages. Sometimes the straightline winds are more damaging than the swirling variety...
