the wearabouts of a tuba player named Jeffrey Hoard? He was a grad student at the Univ. of Wisconsin in the mid 70's, and traveled up to UW-Oshkosh one day a week (75-76) to teach the tuba players up there. He was from the west coast, and told us about being a street musician in San Francisco for a time. Only taught me one year, but learned and grew a great deal under him, and lost all touch after that. Just curious what may have happened to him. Though someone here may know. Thanks.

Jeff Hoard lives in St Louis where does a lot of free lance work in the area. He subs with the St Louis Symphony regularly. I do not know Jeff but I have always enjoyed hearing him play and performing with his students.
