Tuba part for a quintet pop/rock piece that I just arranged. Wrote myself a part I can't play. How incredibly stupid. Korg CA-30. Maestro stand light. Bach Suites( Peterson ed.). Hetman Hydro Slide. Tuba part MMO quintet collection. Return receipt from the IRS.
I am fortunate to have a great job that feeds my family well, but music feeds my soul.

My fat book with 400 plus tunes is on my big metal stand with the light. In the back of the book I have my to-be worked-up section.
This contains: For vocal and guitar,
"One eyed, one horned, flying purple people eater" - my wife requested.
"I'm Yours" by Jason Mraz
"Don't it get you right here" and "You're There" by Pat Dailey
"The Colo-rectal Surgeon Song" by Bowser and Blue
as well as other silliness.
Three tunes my grandson wrote that I have been ordered to write melodies for (only one is about skateboarding).
My C.D. player is loaded with three C.D.'s with all original tunes By John Reno and our band that we must perform this Saturday in Lake Charles. La. I am simplifying my tuba lines to make room for two lead guitarists and a steel drum player to be added to our trio. This gig is to be recorded on D.V.D. live (almost).

Dvorak Symphony No.9, which I am performing on Sunday. I also have the bass part sitting next to it, and the "other" part written for it by Robert Ryker. My Parke Ofenloch Mouthpiece is also there, provided my dogs haven't knocked it over while i've been at work, As well and the Torchinsky Bruckner excerpt Book. I was playing along with the London Philharmonic/Welser-Moest recording of Bruckner 5, while one of my dogs, who shares the same name as the composer was listening.

Right now? lesson materials... Etude book, a methods book, 2 solos, and a rhythmic duet... It had a dress shirt and tie hung on it before I practiced.

on my home stand-Bruckner 7 (tuba part), Rochut book 1, Bisquiet studies, random books of Simon and Garfunkel and Bob Dylan (good ways to practice treble clef), a random beginning viola book, and Bell's tuba method. I think there may also be a brush (drum stick style) on there
