I don't know if they are still in print, but check Keith Brown's Orchestral Excerpts from the Symphonic Repertoire for Trombone and Tuba. Shosto 5 should be in volume 3. These books do not contain the full part, but only the "excerpts." They also have the trombone parts, so it is easy to carry along and ambush trombonists into reading excerpts.
If you are a college student, check to see if your library has any Shostakovich study scores. You could just type out the entire part on finale right out of the score, just be careful to catch everything. If your library doesn't have a copy, just use the interlibrary loan.

The Lincoln campus of the University of Nebraska has the appropriate Torchinsky volume (#14) in stock. Call number is MT486.T67 T9 1975. You should be able to go to the Boulder campus of CU and get it through interlibrary loan fairly quickly. Be sure and specify you need volume 14 - all 16 volumes have the same call number.
