Illinois "Click it or Ticket"

Illinois is running commercials for the enforcment of seatbelt laws and while the commercials are lame they are highlited with a pretty good tuba line. Anybody on here?

It isn't I on the commercial, unfortunately. But as a resident of the state with the most respected record of raising and public use of its revenues, particularly by its governors, I will listen carefully the next time that the commercial appears.

I hope that you haven't been a victim of the "Click It or Ticket" fund raising campaign, Tubatom!

I've heard a few different versions of the commercial, one of which had a lot more tuba in it. It's a pretty good line for a 30 second commercial.

The tune is somehow familiar - I think I have heard it on some totally different commercials. Maybe not the Verison phone network ones, but something like that.
