A Bag For My Tuba Stuff

Post by Dan Schultz »

A couple of years ago I bought a cheap little sports bag at a rummage sale. I've used it almost daily to transport my mouthpieces and other tuba stuff. One of the zippers 'gave up the ghost' so I've been looking for a suitable replacement. I've tried most all of the conventional mouthpieces pouches but they just don't have enough room for all of the other stuff I like to keep around. I found this one at a military surplus store today for $12:

It's quite small but still has plenty of room for three mouthpieces in their pouches, a half-dozen clothespins, valve oil, tuner, small screwdriver, earplugs, small flashlight, mouthpiece brush, and a pen or pencil.
