An Italian "bass flügelhorn" or "Fiscorno" made by Jürgen Voigt. This looks "smallish," so I'd guess it's one of the few made in C.

It's made out of yellow brass, is unlacquered, has a main tuning slide trigger, has some marks where it has been held, but no dings. The 'fat bertha' has a wide baryton sound, a case is included.
It's key is B."
The 'fat Bertha' refers to the nickname of the largest german cannon in use in WWI in western Europe "dicke Bertha".
This instrument looks maybe a bit like it.

Certainly an interesting instrument, but not important enough to justify the price. For EU citizens there even is the catch of the seller being Swiss. That adds VAT to the combined sum of instrument, shipping, and customs handling.
