I'm sure marching band instruments are virtually sterile, having been carefully and thoroughly cleaned before the student surrendered them back to the school district for the summer.

This weekend, a friend was moving, and was unable to fit his very nice sectional sofa in his new apartment; so he offered it to us for free. Not being one to turn down free stuff, especially expensive furniture, I took it.
