glad to hear SOMEONE heard that recording. I found out it was broadcast but never heard it myself. I played tuba on that (using my F) and Damian Montano played contrabassoon. I know Terry Cravens was on bass trombone, and maybe Andy Malloy and Alex Iles were on tenors? The orchestra sounded great for that, and conductor Jeffrey Kahane was great to work with.

Yeah, honestly wasn't my favorite kind of setting either. Spent most of my time trying to hide inside the contrabassoon sound. Maybe that would have been the ideal setting for the Meinl Weston Travel Tuba!tuben wrote: Didn't honestly care for the tuba color in that setting
