It seems hard to tell because of the echo, but are those fast runs more of the "just wiggle your fingers and go high?" technique? At that speed it would be really tricky to have exact fingerings!

Careful now -- I think they are Austrians. Heh, don't call an Austrian a German (or vice versa)!

From my somewhat limited experience in the area, I think some or many northern Austrians would not have a problem being called German, but probably not the other way around ;-)
