Your best bet would be to post a note on choral.net. If anyone knows, they would. I was surprised to learn that someone took the time to arrange it for those forces. The Mass itself was meant to be sung by the congregation, hence the vocal parts are quite easy, and the wind accompianment is, well, somewhat uninspired. I conducted the Mass along with Schuberts G Major Mass last year. I think it took about 1 hour to put together the German Mass in it's original instrumentation. I imagine it would be a workout for a brass quintet, but IMHO, anything could help that particular work. Good luck on your search.
