Yep. If I was shopping for a CC, I'd be jumping on this one!

I would say "yes". Marzan (Bohm & Meinl/Nirschl) built a few of the BBb and CC horns with 5th valves. This one has a tubing wrap different from what is shown in the original catalog but the location of the valve and the mechanism appears original. They probably offered the 5th valve in different configurations.

The 5th valve looks different from the (stylized) sketches because the sketches show the long slide in place, the horn on auction showns the flat whole-step slide in place. Hard to tell if it is a "deal" or not, the CCs played a lot differently from the BBflats, and it was the BBflats that give these horns their reputation, not the CC's. Who's the seller?
I'm curious, too. I've emailed the seller.

"The horn is mine", I say anonymously. The picture only shows the short slide, but the additional second slide that attaches to the 5th valve is also provided. The 5th valve trigger is mounted to the 1st valve casing. Not sure if that was original or an alteration. Works good there, though. "Lacquer" was a bad choice of words. The silver finish is worn, but otherwise the horn is in very good shape.
