Need a warm-up exercise!

Where is this exercise written out. It is as follows...C, D, C, B, C, A, G, E, C----C, D, C, B, C, E, G, B, C

Then you play those things in all the keys. Of course you can do it more than one octave. I've done it for a while and just kind of learned it. Where is it written?

are you talking about 1,2,1,7,1,3,5,7,8?

This is an old jacobs exercise. Can be found in some Bill Bell stuff as well Brass Gym.

Got what I needed...

Some people are faster than others.

I do it descending before ascending which is backwards when compared to the book. (Rubank Method I think)
