Technically, you'd have to use a "German" R, which is produced with the back of the mouth rather than primarily with the tongue as is the case in English, but you'd sound like an idiot trying to do that.

And the "groan-its" is right-on, with the "its" being somewhere between "its" and "eats."

Forgot to mention that the "k" is silent, as in "saloon".
