Translation: Galgenlieder

Post by Jonathan Fowler »

Does anyone have translations for the Morgenstern poems as used by Koetsier on Galgenlieder?
And, if so, would you be kind enough to sent me a file with said translation?

Thanks in advance,

Jon

Do you understand the texts in German? I read the first few ones. The German is very complex and introspective in its discussion of art. If an English translation exists, then I would like to see it.It would take some artist to make that translation.

The translations I read were good, but this is no fun reading.
