I saw a Jupiter Sousaphone close up recently, there's something strange going on with the bell. It looks like someone shoved a basketball in the back.

The body taper looks small, too. Just an odd horn all around.

They should have used "Voracious Subphonic Displacement Waves." Yessir, this sousaphone's hungry for low notes.

No, instead it just has a struggling lot of subtones, raising their voices to be heard, chanting "We want to be tones. We want equality. We want to be tones." Heed their plight, for they are vociferous.
Any time at all is tuba time. Watch for the signs.
