Strange meta-philosophical review of a children's story book:
"Row Your Boat"

Is this about the tuba player?
Is there actually a tuba player?

Read and discuss - use your own thoughts.

not a big fan of the ending, but an interesting idea...Very cool
"We can avoid humanity's mistakes"
"Like the tuba!"

"we actually perceive tonality on a scale that is neither logarithmic nor linear – and it varies on how loud the sounds are and their timbre anyway. We might both say we’re hearing ‘music’ but the actual numbers processed might not be the same at all – the brain is able to perceive musical structure despite large distortions."

This is a direct explanation of why a van will pull up next to you at a stoplight, and all YOU hear is, thumpa..thumpa,thump.

Or not. It may not explain even bad rap.
(but, is there any good rap?)
"You betcha!"

Instead of talking to your plants, if you yelled at them would they still grow, but only to be troubled and insecure?

That happens a lot around San Jose CA - but the thumpa thumpa is actually a Sousaphone playing on a Banda recording!
