12 Days of Christmas - Sam Pilafian, et al

Post by Z-Tuba Dude »

Hey folks,

Travelin' Light's version of the 12 Days is unbelievably funny!

Due to the snow storm, I had exrta time on my hands (never a good situation), so I put together this little video, to kill time:

I will go seek counseling now.....

Bill Clark, tuba instructor at the University of Colorado-Denver has an arrangement called "Twelve Days-Twelve tubas." I've heard it played but was never fortunate enough to be one of the players.

I was lucky enough to play it a couple of times and it's a bunch of fun. Good Arr.

Sam is an amazing player, and based on this recording, has great imagination (and a great sense of humor, to boot!).

Merry Christmas!

Z-tuba,
No counseling required, just seek out your favorite beer or wine. You'll be fine. Nice work.
