if you come to Germany and want to try some tubas, I recommend FMB

They are in Guetersloh which is in the northern part of Germany. They have a lot of tubas to try out. Phone and ask if they have something on stock you are interested in.

Hey, Gutersloh appears to be between my home and Hamburg (Gronitz...)
maybe I should make a stop there if I make it to gronitz for trying a PBK (they will have one finished by november)

Did you get the opportunity to test the Meister Nirschl BBb Thomann Model?
Looks very nice on their website...

i test a other b-tuba from nirschl, a remake of a bohland & fuchs b-tuba.
i'm happier with my rudy meinl b-tuba!

Would that be the new Walter Hilgers' Model ?
I remember having read somewhere on this forum that he works with Walter Nirschl for his tubas now...
