Non-traditional instrumentation--BQ

I am called several times a year for a non-traditionally-voiced quintet job. He uses 2 trumpets, 2 euphs, and a tuba. He was delighted when I told him I had the Salvation Army Christmas books, which are very flexible with instrumentation. We played several numbers from that book at last night's midnight service in a local church, to the delight of the church congregation. He asked if I had something similar [non-Christmas, though] for a Methodist conference in March. He wants something religious [obviously], not ridiculously hard, and a full sound for that group. I am known as the guy to see when someone needs something and, with the help of fellow tuba players, I usually can find nice stuff. See, they do need us!
I am told they want at least 30-45 minutes. I am not really a church musician [aside from the usual calls at the holidays,usually] and I do not have a very thorough knowledge of what's available, and, particularly, what is good. Has anyone any suggestions?

Are those the Christmas books? (not familiar with the various SA music books ... yet) Agreed that Wesley hymns would be appropriate for a Methodist conference.

Salvation Army - South has a catalogue of several hundred titles in single title issues. You can access many of them on JW Pepper's site. http://www.jwpepper.com/sheet-music/welcome.jsp#3" target="_blank type in Salvation Army and you can see about a hundred. They are graded. The very easy and easy are too easy for what you describe. Some of the medium ones will give you a run for your money. At $20 a pop it's about the best way to get into this area. All of these are scored for various instrumentation like the Carol Book.

Thanks, tbn.al. The categories and especially the descriptions are really hard to figure out, and I never did find anything on the SA-south site remotely related to brass music.Nor was I able to find any Wesley groups. I'll keep looking, but any further recommendations are welcomed!
