According to my wife, I have received a package today from "Custom Music International", at the same address as Custom Music Corp in Ferndale, that includes a typical marketing package. I got a T-shirt, a calendar with tuba pictures on it, some other bits, and a nice letter signed by a fellow named Kevel Gada that Custom Music Company was under new management, would henceforth be called Custom Music International, and would set a new standard for customer service. Mr. Gada further stated that the new web page would be http://www.customtubas.com/.
There may be more when I am able to see the package myself rather than a description of it from my wife over the telephone. That won't happen until much later tonight.
But it would seem that an era has passed.

So, the change was here and not in Switzerland.Rick Denney wrote:According to my wife, I have received a package today from "Custom Music International", at the same address as Custom Music Corp in Ferndale, that includes a typical marketing package. My package came yesterday containing the same items - looking forward to hopefully meeting the new management at TUSAB.

Looks like a lot of development has happened at the website . . . nice pictures. Actually listing prices, too, at least for the BBb models, but no mention of Hirsbrunner.
