I'm not sure if it is the absolute largest but the Loud Mouthpiece brand LM3 is their biggest and they are huge anyway.
I play on a LM7 and I absolutely love it.

I play on the LM-3 regularly. It doesn't seem that big to me.

The LM-3 has a cup ID of 33.5 mm (1.319").

T1-AA (deep) through T1-E (shallow) are all 34 mm (1.339") cup ID.
Sonorous Lon wrote:Tilz might have a winner: 310-M 36 model has a 34.5mm dia, 8.4 mm throat, and a deep cup.
They have two others that are even larger: the 231-T5 and 231-B5 are both 35 mm (1.378") cup ID.

A handy comparison chart that you might find useful (thanks, Dave!):

Surely, that one is the biggest mouthpiece.

On this chart is the Tilz 35mm. Yes, I agree: pwhitaker has some pretty large mouthpieces also, and he sounds great on them.

Being a mere mortal, I'll stick with 32.5 mm.

The mouthpiece that came with my Willson 3100 is HUGE. It's a Willson WT2. It's too large for me. It makes my PT-48 seem tiny compared to it. Super deep cup, and extra wide diameter with a fairly small rim. Don't know the exact measurements.

One might compare it to the hole in an oven (sorry if you don’t understand German):

Is there anything bigger then this? Because I have never heard of any other mouthpiece being compared to an oven mouth.
The pun was that Ofenloch in German equals your oven mouth.
