I think the best bet would be to find it for cello or bass in bass clef.

Dave Werden has arranged 5 caprices for unaccompanied euphonium. Both are published by Cimarron Music:

CM 194 Caprice No. 24 $5.50

CM 87 Caprice Nos. 11, 17, 20 and 24 $6.50

I can get it for you in bass clef written for tuba..
just tell me for what horn you want it and try to get me Encounters II if you can even tghou i'll give it to u anyways..
