blokepiece in helcion

Post by ken k »

so i have a fat tuesday gig with the Nasty 9 and get the helicon down to play it a bit and decide to put the blokepiece #1 in it. Holy Sh*t the horn pops like crazy. I can really crack the low notes and put some kick on the funk lines. i love it! can;'t wait til the 16th now!

Of course one would expect the blokepiece #1 turn your helcion into a Hell Icon.

That instrument with that mouthpiece is the only gear in the house that will cut through fffff snare/trombone/multi-trumpet/multi-sax/and beat-the-crap-out-of-the-bass drumming. If I have the mic tripod-ed to the bell, I might (??) use another 'piece...but pro'lly will stick with the "Solo".

bloke "It ain't Bordogni."
